Mudsill
A Mudsill is a wooden member used to distribute & spread loads from the scaffold to the ground or supporting structure. The footing base plate attaches to this wood sill with nails.

Base Plate
The Base Plate is used as a starting base for a scaffold. A Frame or Standard / Tube can be placed directly into the collar or onto the spigot located at the center of the Base Plate.

SCREWJACK w/ PLATE (BASE JACK)
The Screw jack is used as a starting base for a scaffold. It is adjustable up to 18” in height to allow for compensation on uneven surfaces so that a level scaffold is always attainable.

CASTER 8`` HD
The Caster 8″ HD is designed to provide mobility for a small to medium size scaffold tower allowing the tower to roll across a flat surface. The Frame fits onto the stem of the Caster and can be secured into place using the locking nut.

CASTER 12” W/ SCREWJACK
The Caster 12″ (0.3m) is designed to provide mobility for a medium to large size
scaffold tower allowing the tower to roll across a flat surface. The Adapter/Solid Screw Jack is fixed to the top of the Caster using bolt and nut fixtures. This allows for the Standard to attach directly to the Adapter/Caster combination. It is adjustable in height to allow for compensation on uneven surfaces so that a level scaffold is always attainable.

SOCKET SCREWJACK

U-HEAD w/ ADJUSTABLE JACK
The U-Head is designed to be installed at the top of a scaffold. Particularly for applications where beams are required to be supported. The screw jack adjustment allows for adjustment. Alternatively, the U-Head can be used at the base of the scaffold by turning it upside down.
